I have a 2001 Dodge Stratus, when i put oil in the vehicle it comes directly back out the bottom, what could this mean?

Hi there,
Is the sup plug fitted? have you run over something and cracked the sump? It should be easy to see where it is coming from, have a look while someone adds the oil, you should see it leaking if it is as bad as you say it is.
