2001 Dodge Stratus lights wont go off

Electrical problem
2001 Dodge Stratus 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 65k miles

The parking lights,brake lights and dash lights will not turn off when i shut the engine off.Tried removing fuses so it didnt kill the battery but was only able to get the driver side lights to go off.Is there anything I can do to fix it and if not approximately how much is it going to cost me to fix something like this?Im unemployed and broke!:((

Hi Only thing it can be is some fault with Multi-function switch on steering column.
