2001 Dodge Stratus hard start

car starts on second attempt only,no matter time of day. Works great and is well maintained. Recently replaced computer as the original died. Problem went away and returned 3 days after new computer was installed. Spark plugs are dry, no leaks. No stuttering or rough idle. Any ideas?

Hello, I'd put a fuel pressure gage on it, check pressure key on engine off.
