Stratus takes forever to start. I can hear fuel pump turning on. If I turn on ignition 2-3 times it starts fine. thanks

this could possibly be a fuel filter problem or perhaps a small clog in one of your fuel lines. i would first look to the filter.

Do a pressure & a leak test
hook a pressure gauge to the system and turn key on
check the pressure
then turn key off and check if the pressure go down
