2000 Dodge Stratus radiator

I am not experienced with cars, so I wanted to ask the easiest way to change and check th hoses for leaks.

The hoses usually leak where they attach to the radiator or engine. They can leak in the center, but not as common.

Can you describe what is happening so I can better direct you?
