2000 Dodge Stratus Front Wheel Drive Automatic 88000 miles

My car has leaking freeze plugs. Can the freeze plugs be changed without pulling the entire engine?

Most core plugs are very easy to replace, but sometimes there will be some behind the transmission. Those will require removal of the transmission.
