i have a 2000 dodge stratus 2.4...my blinkers or hazards dont work, or wen it does it blinks once or twice with the clicking noise then stops both all together..its not the bulbs..its not the fuse...i don tthink its the mutil function switch cuz my wipers and headlights work..i did research online and im getting it could be a flasher relay or a flasher module...i took it to a shop a while ago and he said it wasnt the flasher it was the module but i thought he was tryin to rip me off.. how can i tell ? it is easy to do so i can save money and do it myself?
