I was driving and my dodge shut off and could not get it cranked. If you were to turn the key it will turn over but not crank. The cam shaft sensor has been replaced. So is this a timing issue and can this year model dodge stratus be repair with replacing the timing belt and resetting the time?

Are you sure it is a timing issue? Have you checked for spark and fuel to the engine?
