brakes are being pushed onto the rotor?

my driver side back brakes are being pushed onto the rotor all the time wether i am on the brake pedal or not so i changed the caliper, pads and the rotor on both side but the problem is still happening

Hello,

It sounds like you might have a issue with the brake hose that goes to the caliper.
Those rubber hoses can collapse on the inside.
When that happens the brake pressure does not get released when you release the brake pedal, as the fluid cannot retrieve back.
So you will ended up with pads stuck to the rotors.
The brake hoses can be replaced easily with simple hand tools.
