2000 ac heater blower relay

where is the location of the blower relay?The blower works on high speed only .I checked the switch its ok. there is no power to the resistor on low and medium speeds,I suspect the blower relay.

It sounds more like your Blower Motor Resistor which is locate in the duct work under the passenger dash.
