1999 Dodge Stratus melting EGR Valve

my car melted the EGR valve and burned a hole in the firewall. I replaced the EGR valve and it melted the EGR valve again

Most likely exhaust restriction caused by particle blocked CAT. Have exhaust backpressure checked higher than 3psi problem
