1999 Dodge Stratus Is this the battery only or something EL

Electrical problem
1999 Dodge Stratus 6 cyl Automatic

Battery is completely dead. Won't crank even after charging. Will jump off and even after running for 60 minutes won't start back up immediately after turning off or later.

Was fine yesterday. No gradual loss of battery. Was driving fine, turned it off at a store, got back in - nothing. No lights, no buzzer. Inside dome lights would come on but it was daylight so couldn't tell if dim. Some dash lights but not all. Headlights would not come on.

This morning after jumping off the ABS dash light stays on.
