1999 Dodge Stratus 99 stratus turn signals

I have a 99 Stratus and my turn signals don't work. I have a fuse in the PDC that keeps blowing, it's blown the relay, I checked the multi function switch, and there is proper continuity, I'm sure there is a short somewhere, I just can't seem to locate, if someone else has had this problem, please reply, thank you in advance.

you need to start with the bulbs and sockets
check for after market wiring and connectors
