1998 Dodge Stratus weird coolant noise

I recently replaced my thermostat in my car ,after i turn the car off i can hear a bubbling sound coming from the coolant tank whats causing this

did you properly fill up the radiator and coolant resevoir?

is it runing proper temp?

was thermostat installed properly and system bled of air?
