1998 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Whenever I drive the car, it just smokes after 15 minutes of driving it. Then When I check it, there's oil leaking, probably, underneath the bulb cover on the engine. What might be the problem?

I'm not sure what you mean by "Bulb Cover." Can you describe it to me?
