1998 Dodge Stratus security system

The other day my car alarm went off, and it wasnt even set, and now you cant alarm and the radio wont work, what could be the cause of this please?

Try resetting the alarm. Open all doors. Close all door, driver door being the last to be closed. Use the key to lock driver door. Wait minimum of 2 minutes. Unlock the driver door. That should reset the alarm.
