1998 Dodge Stratus fuel

Whenever I try to pump fuel into my gas tank it just fills up in the neck, and wont make it into the gas tank its self. I have tried to fix this but I just dont know what to do.

Coreyah, Can you remove the filler neck & see if it is plugged? If not, straighten out a coat hanger and push "SLOWLY' down into the neck checking for restriction. Let me know how you make out. Theoxski@rocketmail. Com
