1996 Dodge Stratus need help please

Hi my name is cassie and my dodge is not starting right away it trys but it takes 5 min. Or more it has a new starter so I dont know what the proublem is any ideas would help thank you

Does it crank but will not start and take 5 min to do so
check it for tune up and do a fuel pressure test
