1996 Dodge Stratus my blower on my air/heat

I was needing to know why my heat only works on full blast like something is wrong with the fans but its not and then most times it takes a long time for my car to warm up and then my heat still doesnt really be hot and then when it does get hot itll it cold after a couple of minutes i really dont understand can you help me out please

Replace the engine's thermostat and find the blower motor resistor and test it out-
