1996 Dodge Stratus is it worth repairing?

i have a rear seal leak and they have to pull my transmission to get to it. it just recently started sputering it is not down shifting right and it is shaking or idling loud. i also need a tune up, new exhaust, alignment, oil pan. i do not have alot of money to spend on it and it is not safe to drive at the moment. is it worth repairing because it has 116,000 miles and i can not afford to fix it and then something else major going wrong
