the font end of my car makes a rattling noise as i progress in speed on the drivers side and when i am slowing down i hear a rubbing sort of noise on the passager side

without seeing it in person i can only assume.. sounds like a strut mount, or a bad balljoint.... im leaning towards the strutmount, possibly strut due to a rubbing noise....when hitting a bump with a bad strut, the tire sometimes rubs the inner fenderwell.... however, it can be a cv axle... if it was an axle it would give a clicking noise, more when turning....
