I have water coming out of the drain for the air conditioner, but haven't used it, my car is stuck on defrost and floor combination, could this be causing it?

yes, if your selector is on cold then your getting condensation. just like if you were running your a/c. if you put it on hot you wont get that. but I can understand that you wouldnt want to put it on hot, because its hot outside,
