My A/C and Heat both works, but when I turn both to medium high and Highest, "Brrrrr" sound becomes unbeareably loud. Should I change blower motor? How to open to change it and if it's not Motor, what equipment do I require to check what's wrong. I am planning to do it on my own.

IT sounds like the blower motor is bad. It is located beihind the glove box under the dash. I would start there. Chances are either something has come loose and is hitting the fan or the motor itself is going bad.

Let me know what you find.

I went to Sears, Pepe Boys, both said over 130 to 250 respectively to solve the problem. I opend up and pulled out blower. Actually the car was sitting in garage for over year, so there was a mouse nest on fan filled with inside sofa stuff. I cleaned it and seems nothing was wrong. It's working fine now.
Thanks for your best technical support and guidance.
