1996 Dodge Stratus 1996 Stratus vibrates

My car vibrates when it is in a gear and my foot is on the brake it vibrates worse when I have the ac/heater turned on it don't do it as much when it's in park or neutral but it still does it a little does any one have an idea as too what it may be PLEASE HELP THANKS

Probably the motor mount on the front that goes to back they call it the motor mount module with mounts on front and back, I have done it if you are handy and persistance you can also.
