1995 Dodge Stratus don't know name of part

front driver side there is a metal bar about 18 inches long that goe from the back motor mount to what i think is part of the frame above the whee.l this bar is broken and i don't know the name of it to replace it. i have noticed that when i turn too sharp it makes a grinding noise. please give me some ideas. i know its not the sway bar or support arms because they don't look the same.
