1995 Dodge Stratus backup lights

i have a friend who has a 95 stratus and it has no backup lights, we replaced all the bulbs and there are still no lights, what is the next thing to check to see what the problem is?

Faulty transmission range sensor. It controls your reverse light. I would replace both input and output sensor if you have never replaced them.
