1995 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

just replaced my battery now my car wont start i checked the fuses and the fuel filter and fuel pump everything is good

Please elaborate on won't start. Did it crank and crank but won't catch. Or it didn't even crank. Did you check the Automatic Shut Down relay?
