2001 Dodge Stealth cam sensor

I just had a short block built, installed it and had no spark. Found, I broke the crank sensor on removal. Changed it and still no spark. thru your trouble shooting coil/ignition I found myself at the cam sensor. While checking (cam sensor connector disconnected) I turned the key and she fired so I figured the cps was bad. Replaced it, plugged it in and it won't fire and sets a cps code.
I removed the engine with the harness intact and installed the same.
My question is, is there a re-learn process or do I have a broken wire from the sensor to the ecm.
I am looking for a pin-out diagram for the cam sensor so I can run these wires.

The car Iv'e got trouble with is a 2001 stratus,
not sure why it says stealth. It has the 2.7 v-6.

Yes Stratus helped are you getting code P0340?
On orange wire term #1 at cam sensor do you have 8 volts key on? Will it start with cam sensor unpluged?

Yes, there is 9.16 vdc @ the connector and it will only start if the camsensor is unplugged. Also have the po340,

Cam timming can be off as to crank. If chain is worn and has gone out of time. Was new chain installed?
If PCM picks up an out of sync from crank to cam it will go into protect mode no fire. Remove cam plug PCM goes into limp mode will fire but not run so good. Need verefy crank and cam in time. Get crank on tdc pull #1 plug use screwdriver to check piston travel. Then remove cam sensor look in see cam gear you should see two slits and they have to be dead on the tip of sensor.

You had hit it right on the head! Went to pull the engine and decided to check all I could as my Haynes Man. said. After going thru the "primary" chain settings over and over and trying to set the cam's rear to front I've found a mistake in the book!
It keep on telling me to rotate the rear counterclockwise to make the sprocket bolts,(WRONG).
1/2 " clockwise set the rear cam's perfect. Set the front set counter and plugged the cam sensor in and spun her over. Got oil pressure and checked for codes.
4 where there but not the cam sensor, tps, egr, etc.
It was finally right, put it back together, cleared the codes and started it. Runs Great Thanks to your Help and Info.
