1995 Dodge Stealth overheating

My dodge stealth has full engine coolaint, its not smoking and oil is not watery.But everytime i drive over 20 miles it starts over heating and my car fan is constantly on.i Just cant figure out the problem?

radiator or cooling system may have clog somewhere, try having cooling system flushed
