Electrical problem
1994 Dodge Stealth 6 cyl Manual 90,000 miles

I have a 94 twin turbo that won't start. I have already replaced the starter, battery, and ignition switch in an attempt to resolve the problem. Still nothing. When I turn the key I can hear the relays clicking and the starter selenoid engage. But nothing else. The battery cables get extremely hot. Any suggestions on what the problem could be?
