1994 Dodge Stealth ECI fuse keeps popping

inside the fuse/relay compartment under the hood, what does ECI stand for? i ordered and changed the computer, thinking that was the problem, the fuse blew again.

Hello, which fuse is it, fuse 12--15 amp? My database doesn't label the fuses. Are there any codes? If it is the fuse I'm thinking about, it supplies voltage to several systems, you would have to unplug the various systems one at a time, to see which system has the short. I guess you can't check codes without voltage to the computer.
