1992 Dodge Stealth wont idle

the car has been sitting up for 3 years. it wont idle except when you have the A/C ON. ever so often it will idle rough on its on(w/o A/C on) but stall out within a few minutes time(except with A/C on). It sputters a little while gasing it to bring the rpm up,without A/C on.
