I have a leak coming from some holes under my '92 Dodge Stealth ES. The left front axle and right front axle both go into a part of my transmission that has six small holes in it that leak gear oil. I haven't driven the car since I found the leaks to prevent future damage, but I need to know what the part of my transmission is called. If you could help me out and possibly get me on the right track of replacing my transmission, I would greatly appreciate it!

I will gladly donate again in the future, but am kind of iffy on making a large donation before i even hear from the source of this kind of info.

Thank you!!

If you are refering to where the axles actually go into the trans, that is just the axle seat. There are seals that go bad in there and cause the problem you have described, but to replace them, you must remove the axles which is somewhat involved. That is what sounds bad to me.

Let me know if this helps.
