1992 Dodge Stealth fuel problem

hi, my car wont stay idiling and sputters at high RPM it' been setting up for 3 years without starting it. It starts right up but when you let your foot off the pedal it dies. and when you tach up the rpm it cuts in and out but the tach stays stable.

Check the fuel pressure to rule out fuel filter/fuel strainer/fuel pump. If pressure is okay-check the idle air control valve/motor, throttle position sensor/MAF/MAP also might need a computer relearning if the battery was weak and disconnected to be charged up.
