1991 Dodge Stealth starting

Well he didnt want me to drive it so he took the keys, and two of the relays out. Does this car have a key with a chip in it??????????? Because basically I am trying to start it with a screwdriver. I replaced two relays. I got it to crank but not to turn over. What should I do next?

Yes it probably has a VATs system so with out a key it will not start according to the wiring diagram. So with out the key so the anti theft module can read it the car will not start.

So will a new ignition solve the problem?

Yes it will but you will as this will provide a new key but you will have to have it programed after it is installed. That will have to be done at the dealer.
