2007 Dodge Sprinter replacing disc brake pads

Brakes problem
2007 Dodge Sprinter Two Wheel Drive Automatic 50,000 miles

My engine is a 3.0 liter 5 cylinder diesel (no option above).....can't figure out how to release "bolt" on the front caliper. Have not even checked the rear.

Specifically: what tool is required to release guide bolts?

which bolt you trying to remove? the wear indicator bolt (2) and guide bolt (3) are only ones need to be removed for brake pad replacement.
