adaqate fuel pressure . scanned for codes an got throttle pedal senser to high or to low . also got cam senser an crank senser not syncronized. could you help me on howto syncronized the sensors

Take it in, if the cam and crank sensors need relearn you wont be able to do it yourself and youll end up towing it. or it could have jumped time. you probably need a new TPS or have it realigned, have a dealer do it.
