1995 Dodge Spirit antifreeze/water in oil

antifreeze/water in oil again. couple of years ago replaced the head gasket & in that process found it necessary to have head repaired due to come of the combustion chamber area being eaten away. machine shop welded aluminum in place & have another approximately 20,000 on in now. has the same symptoms as before.

This time you probably need to replace the cylinder head
