1994 Dodge Spirit no fuel no spark

car was running fine. then the car just stoped running. fuel pump is not primming. tested the engine by spraying cab cleaner into the throttle body and got no spark. what do you think is going on

It sounds like a problem with the ECM. Is there any way you could have the computer scanned for codes? Most nationally recognized auto parts stores will do it for free.
