1994 Dodge Spirit 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i put a new fuel pump in now my car dont run right its getting to much gass and missed really bad what cause cause that because i try everthing and it got me stumped whould some kinda fuel sender cause that

Have you checked fuel pressure? For a 2.2L or a 2.5L engine the pressure should be 39PSI. If you have more than that, remove the vacuum line from the regulator and see if there is a change. It should be 47 to 50 PSI disconnected. When reconnected, it should be around 38 or 39PSI.
