Put on new calipers, rotors, master cylinder. Line doesn't bleed on that side

Try removing the rubber hose that attaches to the caliper. However, remove it from the steel brake line to see if you are getting fluid before the hose. Many of these hoses will break down inside and not allow fluid through.
