Suspect a bad ground on the wiper motor. Turn it to slow or fast, not delay, then use a grounded test light or voltmeter to measure for voltage on the wiper motor. If there is voltage present, you'll need to add a ground wire from the motor or mounting plate to the car body. It might also start to run if you move the mounting plate on its rubber mounting bushings. You might even be able to do that by just tugging on the wiper arms.
As for the door panel, it's mostly common sense except for the trim bezel around the door handle. It's a black rectangular trim piece. You must pull the rear edge away from the door about 1/8", then slide it backwards to release the fingers. Also check for a silver trim center cap on the window crank if you have manual windows. There will be a screw under that cap.
