1993 Dodge Spirit is engine blown or shot?

i have 93 dodge spirit and i had been driving with low oil 4 bout 2days and today it cut off on me at a stop light and now wont start i just keep getting clicking noise and oil light check light flash as if getting no power but my battry is fine. any suggestions on what may be the problem and haw to fix and cheapest fix?

Hello,

How did you check your battery? If you just used a volt ohm meter that will only tell you what kind of charge is on the battery. It will not tell you what the CCA's (Cold Cranking Amps) are, which is what is needed to start the vehicle. I would suggest filling oil then try jump starting the vehicle and have the Battery and Charging System checked.
