1991 Dodge Spirit fuel pump

1991 Dodge Spirit 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I changed the fuel pump because the old one didnt run. I know the new one works {bench tested} but I dont seem to be getting any power at the plug. Where is the relay or fuseable link?

Test the auto shutdown relay ( ASD) it powers the fuel pump thru the dark green and black wire to the fuel pump-
