1991 Dodge Spirit fuel pump

1991 Dodge Spirit 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i changed the fuel pump because the old one didnt run. i know the new one works {bench tested} but i dont seem to be getting any power at the plug. where is the relay or fuseable link?

Test the auto shutdown relay ( ASD) it powers the fuel pump thru the dark green and black wire to the fuel pump-
