What would cause Code 51 lean fuel/air mixture? I have very little accelaration.

Lots of things can be your problem.

clogged fuel filter
failing fuel pump
bad injectors
fuel pressure regulator
vacuum leak.

I'd start by doing a fuel pressure test.
