1991 Dodge Spirit Antifreeze in Oil

What would cause my antifreeze to be mixing with my Oil? Would a bad Head Gasket be the only way or could there be a different problem? I'm not leaking antifreeze from the engine.

Could also be from the intake manifold-To find out get it block and pressure tested.
