1989 Dodge Spirit knocking sound

my car has a power steering leak, but it holds enough so it's not completely out. but whenever i make a left turn, there is this weird knock sound coming from under the left tire somewhere, and i cant figure out what it is because its only while i'm driving.

I think you should have the front end inspected for worn parts...knocks are not normal...
