water pump

i have a 92 dodge shadow es. it has approx 152000 on it. its' got a 3.0 v6 auto. I just need to know where the water pump is located and possibly the easiest way to replace it myself.

DO NOT TAKE 10MM HEADED BOLTS OUT FROM HOUSING WHEN TAKING WATER PUMP OFF

I took off the timing belt and noticed that one side of the water pump is behind a plate that is connected to the motor mount. what do i do about that?
