1994 Dodge Shadow Low RPM and Oil leak

My engine is having trouble holding RPM especially when idle and I have to put a quart of oil in every few days because it is leaking from the top front of the engine by the spark plug cords.

Valve cover gasket is the reason for oil leaks
you may need to have it checked and replaced
idle is the engine running rough it may be due for a tune up due to oil on the wires and plugs
check for vacuum leaks
check and clean idle air and throttle body
