1993 Dodge Shadow Voltmeter dropping!

Just wondering what would be making my voltmeter drop then go back up after i park and put the car in park? Can also feel the drop from the engine sitting in the car.

Any info appreciated, thanks,

Maybe an idle air control problem. does idle seem lower?

Has been surging too idle up/down not steady.

Try removing and cleaning Idle Air Controler on throttle body got wire terminal. clen pentil and passage ways. If you stablize idle with pedal does volts maintain?
